Open day

Once a year, at the start of first-grade admissions, we invite parents and their children to see the school, with no need to register.

    When and where

We hold the open day on a Saturday at the start of admissions, 10:00–13:00. The date for each year is given in the enrolment calendar and in the news.

Please use the main entrance on Akacjowa Street. We prepare separate activities for the children so that parents can talk with teachers in peace.

    What to ask about

    Parents most often ask:

    • What is the first week in first grade like?
    • How many children will be in the class, and does the class have its own classroom?
    • How does the after-school club work in the morning and after lessons?
    • How does the school help a child who has difficulties with reading or with relationships with peers?
    • How do we stay in touch with the form teacher during the year?
    • How much does a school year cost: lunches, the Parents' Council contribution, trips?

    Individual tour

If the open day date doesn't suit you, we will show you around on another working day. Just arrange the visit in advance with the school office.

Arranging a visit to the school

School office, Monday to Friday, 7:30–15:30.

Can't come on the open day?

We invite parents of future students who cannot come to the open days. We will show you the school, the after-school club and the first-grade classroom, and answer your questions.

The visit takes about 30 minutes, on school days between 13:00 and 15:00.

Which day of the week suits you?

We will prepare an answer and the person who knows the topic best.
