What you can do at school

All after-school activities are free and voluntary. Most have no selection or tests – just come to the first meeting. Choose what interests you.

    When something is wrong

If something worries you – in class, during break or online – you don't have to deal with it alone. You can talk to your form teacher, go to the school counsellor or psychologist, or drop a letter into the Pupils' Rights Ombudsman box next to the school office.

You can go to the school counsellor or psychologist without an appointment and without your parents' consent. We talk in confidence. If someone is in danger, adults must act.
