Where to find help
Here we have gathered places and numbers where children and parents can talk to someone, including anonymously and at night.
At school first
A student can go to the school counsellor or psychologist at any time, without an appointment and without their parents' consent. They can also come with a friend if that makes it easier.
You don't need to know what to call the problem, or have a serious enough reason. It is enough that something is bothering you.

| School counsellor | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00–14:00; Tuesday 10:00–16:00 | ground floor, next to the school office |
| School psychologist | Tuesday 8:00–14:00; Thursday 10:00–16:00 | ground floor, next to the school counsellor's office |

For parents
If your child's behaviour worries you and it's hard to tell whether it's a developmental stage, it's worth arranging a conversation with the school counsellor or psychologist. A consultation doesn't commit you to anything.
The psychological and educational counselling centre sees children at the parent's request, without a referral. Assessment and therapy at the centre are free.
The school counsellor and psychologist are also happy to talk with you about how your child can seek help at school.
