Frequently asked questions
How do I sign my child up for the after-school club?
You submit the registration form at the after-school club or the school office. Sign-ups for the new school year take place in June, and in September we accept registrations until the 12th of the month.
How do I order and cancel lunch?
You submit a lunch declaration once per school year. Your child's absence should be reported by 8:00 on the day, by phone or by message to the canteen's address.
A cancelled lunch is deducted from the following month's fee.
When are parents' meetings?
Meetings with the form teacher take place four times a year: in September, November, February after the winter break, and May. It is always a Tuesday: Grades 1–3 at 17:00, Grades 4–8 at 17:45.
Between meetings we hold consultations with teachers from 16:30 to 17:30, booked through the e-register. Exact dates are given in the calendar.
What is the quickest way to contact a teacher?
By message in the e-register. It goes to the right person and is saved. We reply on working days, within three days.
Urgent matters concerning your child's health or safety should be reported by phone to the school office.
How do I excuse my child's absence?
Via the e-register, within seven days of your child returning to school. In the message to the form teacher, please give the dates and the reason for the absence.
Who should I turn to if my child is having difficulties?
The first step is usually a conversation with the form teacher. At the same time, you can make an appointment with the school counsellor or psychologist. No referral is needed, and the conversation is free of charge.
What should I do if my child loses something at school?
Lost property goes to the cloakroom by the main entrance. You can ask the caretaker or the school office about it. Please label PE kits, jackets and indoor shoes.
