e-Register

The e-register is the main way of contacting the school and the place where we keep teaching records.

    What it is for

In the e-register you will find grades, attendance, lesson topics, homework and test dates. It also has the timetable, substitutions and school announcements.

We correspond with parents and students through the e-register. A message reaches the right person and is saved, so you can always go back to it. That is why we ask you to deal with matters concerning your child with teachers this way.

Logging in for the first time

    1. E-mail address at school

You give the form teacher or the school office an e-mail address for the account. Parents and students have separate accounts.

    2. Message with the e-register address

Once the account has been created, the system sends a message with the login page address to the e-mail you provided.

    3. Setting a password

On the login page you choose the option to set a password. We do not send passwords by message.

    4. Logging in

Once the password is set, you can log in on the website or in the phone app.

We create accounts in September for children in the pre-school classes and first grade. For students admitted during the year we create an account in their first week at school.

    Forgotten password

The login page has a password reminder option. The system will send a message to the address linked to the account.

If you no longer have access to that address, please let the form teacher or the school office know. Changing the address requires confirming your identity, so we accept it in person.

How to write to a teacher

Please include the pupil's full name and class in your message.

We reply on working days, within three days. Matters that need an immediate response, concerning your child's safety or health, should be reported by phone to the school office.

    Excusing absences

Absences are excused by the parent via the e-register, within seven days of the child's return to school. In the message to the form teacher please give the dates and the reason for the absence.

Requests to leave individual lessons, for example for a doctor's appointment, are made to the form teacher in advance. During lessons a child leaves school only with a parent or an authorised person.

    Most common problems

    I can't see my child's grades.

Please check that you are logging in to the parent account and not the student account. The accounts show different information. If the problem persists, please message the form teacher.

I have two children at the school, but I can only see one.

We link one parent account to all your children at the school. Just let the school office know, giving the children's names and classes.

My message didn't reach the teacher.

Please check that the message was sent and not saved as a draft. If the teacher doesn't reply within three working days, please write to the form teacher.

The phone app shows different information from the website.

The app updates data with a delay. Up-to-date information is always on the e-register website in your browser.

My phone number or e-mail address has changed.

Please report the change to the school office. An up-to-date phone number is needed when we have to contact a parent urgently.
