Management

    How to arrange a meeting with the head teacher

    1. Talk to the form teacher

      Matters of grades, attendance and behaviour are first discussed with the form teacher or subject teacher. The school leadership steps in if that conversation has not resolved the issue.

    2. Contact the school office

      Meetings can be arranged by phone, e-mail or in person. Please briefly describe the matter so we can prepare the necessary documents.

    3. Meeting with the head teacher

      If the matter requires it, we invite the form teacher, school counsellor or school psychologist to the meeting.

    School office – arranging meetings

    Ewa Nowak, school secretary. Monday – Friday, 7:30–15:30.

    Matters for the head teacher

    • complaints and requests concerning the school's work;
    • approval of an individual study path or curriculum;
    • permission to fulfil compulsory schooling outside school;
    • requests for a knowledge test following objections to an end-of-year grade;
    • long-term exemptions from lessons;
    • cooperation with institutions, volunteering and external projects;
    • making school premises available to other organisations.

    Teaching staff council

    The teaching staff council is made up of all teachers employed at the school and is chaired by the head teacher. It meets at least five times a school year: at organisational, grading and summary meetings.

    The teaching staff council approves students' grading and promotion results, adopts the school's work plan and passes amendments to the school statute. It also gives its opinion on how the school is organised each year.
