Children's Day and Sports Day on the school field

Relay races, tug of war, an obstacle course and a students vs teachers match: we spent Children's Day on the sports field, in mixed teams from different classes.

There are no individual rankings on Sports Day. Teams mix students from different classes so that older ones help younger ones and the whole group earns points together.

The most exciting moment was the handball match between the eighth grades and the teachers. After a close game the teachers won by one goal, and the students have already announced a rematch.

Pre-school classes and Grades 1–2 had a separate activity course on the playground. The Parents' Council provided water, fruit and ice cream for all participants.
