Fairy-Tale Character Day: grades 1–3 came in costumes

Little Red Riding Hoods, dwarves and dragons came to school. Years 1–3 listened to fairy tales, solved riddles and made a shared map of fairy-tale lands.
Fairy Tale Character Day falls on 5 November. Pupils in Years 1–3 came dressed as characters from their favourite books, and the teachers prepared activities based on fairy tales.
In the library, classes listened to stories, including fairy tales by Maria Konopnicka. Then, in groups, they guessed fairy-tale characters from descriptions and props.
A large map of fairy-tale lands, made together by the classes, is now hanging in the ground-floor corridor. It will stay there until the end of the month.
