First-graders and their parents meet at 9:00 in the gym, and students in Grades 2–8 at 10:00 in their form teachers' classrooms.

Meetings with form teachers last about forty minutes. The list of rooms is posted by the main entrance.
The after-school club is open full hours from the first day. The canteen serves lunches from the second day of school.
