The new school year has begun: we welcomed our first-graders

Published: 1 September 2026 Categories: School ceremonies

Six hundred and twelve students in twenty-six classes started the year. We paid the most attention to the first-graders, who entered their classrooms for the first time.

Head teacher Anna Kowalczyk welcomed students, parents and new teachers. In the gym, first-graders received commemorative certificates and met their form teachers.

Then the first grades went to their classrooms, and at 10:00 Grades 2–8 began their meetings with form teachers. Students received their timetables, and parents information about the after-school club, lunches and the e-register.

In the 2026/2027 school year we are continuing the Green Class, Reading Together and Maths Around Us projects. The schedule of clubs and extra activities will be announced by 20 September.
