Public procurement

How we award contracts, where we publish notices and requests for quotation, and how to submit an offer.

    How we run procedures

Contracts worth at least 130 000 zł net are awarded under the Public Procurement Law. We publish notices in the Public Procurement Bulletin, and the procurement documents on the purchasing platform named in the notice.

Lower-value contracts are awarded under internal rules, usually by request for quotation. We publish requests on this page.

Some contracts, such as energy supply or major repairs, are run for schools by the governing authority. Notices about them are published by Gmina Zielonogaj.

    Requests for quotation

The request stays on this page until an offer is chosen. We publish the result in the same place and send it to all bidders.

    Procurement plan

We publish the plan of procurement procedures for the year in the Public Procurement Bulletin and on the website for the procedure being conducted. We also give a link to the plan in the Public Information Bulletin. We do this within 30 days of the school's financial plan being adopted and update the plan when needs change.
