The library before the winter break: longer loans and reading suggestions

For the winter break we lend books for the whole holiday, and for each group of classes we have prepared a list of suggestions for reading at home, not only from the set books.

In the last week before the winter break we lend books with a return date in the first week after the break. You can borrow five books at a time instead of the usual three.

School librarian Ewa Szymańska has prepared lists of suggestions for Grades 1–3, 4–6 and 7–8. They include set books for the second term and books outside the canon, recommended by the students themselves.

The library is closed during the winter break. Before you leave, have a look at the swap shelf by the library – you can take books from it without signing them out and without a return date.
