Summer day camp: two weeks of holidays at school

Forty children spent two weeks of July at school. There were bike trips, cooking workshops, trips to the swimming pool and activities in the school garden.

The day camp lasted two weeks, Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:00. The children were looked after by after-school club teachers led by Katarzyna Lewandowska.

The oldest participants went on two bike trips around the area, wearing helmets and high-visibility vests. The younger ones baked rolls and made lemonade with herbs from the school garden.

The participants also took over garden duty: they watered the beds and picked the first courgettes. Now the garden is looked after by families signed up for summer duty.
